For a $500,000 home your commission payable to us is $7500.00 plus GST where the standard commission is $12,950 plus GST this is a saving of $5450.00.

If your home is worth 1.2 million dollars the savings are $ 12,450.00 plus GST.

So you have the same service but at a much smaller cost.
